Beware, Google Maps Can Location Detection Through Computers

In fact by using the home computer, Google can detect the location of computer users. Google Maps users can use the service through the computer and find their location, such as that applied in the mobile phone. Thursday (09 / 7) then, Google has to update Google Maps, including a new label icon named My Location, which can make user pinpoin coordinates in Google Maps.

Google Maps using the W3C Geolocation API, which support in Firefox 3.5 and Google Chrome 2.0 and other browsers with the Gears plugin support. Geolocation API will be calculated this user's location information using the received access point nearest Wi-Fi.
